FY26 HEECAP Homes and FY27 EquiCare Grants Finalized

Montgomery County's Office of Grants Management has approved results for the FY26 Healthy, Efficient, Electrified, Climate-Adapted Pilot (HEECAP) Homes Grant Program and the DHCD-funded HEECAP Homes program, both of which closed April 22, 2026. The FY27 EquiCare: Subsidy Seats Grant Program, which closed April 24, 2026, has also been finalized with Notification Letters sent to all applicants.
