The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Early Childhood Services opened the second cohort of its FY27 EquiCare Subsidy Seats Grant Program on September 1, 2026. Licensed childcare providers in Montgomery County may apply for funding to cover quality childcare costs for infants and toddlers aged 6 weeks through 3 years.
