FY27 EquiCare Subsidy Seats Grant Offers $2M for Infant-Toddler Care

Montgomery County DHHS Early Childhood Services and OGM launched the FY27 EquiCare: Subsidy Seats Grant Program on April 1, 2026, with applications due April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM. A total of $2,075,059 is available for licensed Montgomery County child care providers to fund high-quality full-day care for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks through 3 years. Applicants must submit three-year funding proposals and file separate applications for each facility location.
