FY28 CDBG Public Service Grants RFA Now Open, $660K Available

Montgomery County's Department of Housing and Community Affairs and Office of Grants Management opened the FY28 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service Grants Request for Applications on August 26, 2026. Approximately $660,000 in federal HUD funding is available for nonprofit organizations serving low- and moderate-income residents, with individual project requests capped at $45,000.
