Gaithersburg Apartments Install 542 kW Rooftop Solar System

Governor Square Apartments, a 236-unit multifamily building in Gaithersburg, MD, has installed a 542 kW rooftop solar photovoltaic system through Aurora Energy. The system is projected to produce over 650,000 kWh of renewable energy annually, offset 388 metric tons of CO₂ per year, and generate more than $150,000 in annual electricity savings for the property.
