HEECAP Homes Grant Closes April 22 With $1M Available

The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Office of Grants Management (OGM) are accepting applications through April 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM for the FY26 HEECAP Homes Grant Program. Up to $1,000,000 is available across two to five awards ($100,000–$400,000 each) for nonprofits retrofitting income-eligible homes for energy efficiency, electrification, and climate resilience. The grant performance period runs June 3, 2026 to June 2, 2027.
