Hope Grows Child Development Center to Open Fourth Location

During the Week of the Young Child (April 11–17, 2026), Councilmember Sayles attended an event at Hope Grows Child Development Center celebrating its growth from one Gaithersburg location to multiple centers in Gaithersburg and Germantown. The NAEYC-accredited, Maryland EXCELS Level 5-rated center is preparing to open a fourth location. The event recognized early childhood educators and highlighted the center's leadership under director Salema Horn.
