Housing CIP Falls 52% to $160M; Community Dev. Cut 25%

The Planning, Housing and Parks (PHP) Committee will meet March 2, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. to review the Department of Housing and Community Affairs FY2027-2032 Capital Improvements Program. The recommended housing CIP totals $160 million, a $172 million or 51.8 percent decrease from the amended FY25-30 CIP due to significant one-time funding spent in prior years; the community development CIP totals $6.3 million, down $2.1 million or 25.3 percent.
