Montgomery County has moved the start time for its two Independence Day fireworks events from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to reduce heat exposure for attendees. The July 3 event is at Einstein High School in Kensington and the July 4 event is at South Germantown Recreational Park in Germantown.
