Juneteenth 2026: Friday Trash, Recycling Pickup Canceled

Recycling and Resource Management Division Jun 12, 2026
Montgomery County will suspend all county-provided recycling and trash collection on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth. Friday routes will shift one day to Saturday, June 20; Monday through Thursday routes follow their normal schedules. The Shady Grove Processing Facility and Transfer Station will also be closed on June 19.
