Lost Knife Road Safety Meeting Planned Aug. 27 in Gaithersburg

Councilmember Dawn Luedtke is convening state and federal officials, City of Gaithersburg representatives, police, health and human services agencies, and the Upcounty Regional Services Center for a community meeting on August 27, 2026 at 7 p.m. at South Lake Elementary School (18201 Contour Road). The meeting will focus on public safety conditions and mental and behavioral health service needs in the Lost Knife Road area of Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village. English-to-Spanish live translation will be provided.
