MacArthur Blvd Bikeway Meeting Moves to Virtual Jan. 28

MCDOT Jan 27, 2026
The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) has changed its January 28, 2026 public information meeting on the MacArthur Boulevard Bikeway and Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project from hybrid to virtual-only, citing recent inclement weather. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. via Zoom and will cover two proposed 10-foot shared-use path options along MacArthur Boulevard from Old Anglers Inn north to Falls Road in Potomac. MCDOT will present project concepts, costs, and schedules, and take public comments; written feedback is also accepted through February 27.
