MCITP Workshop: Preparing for Age-3 Transition in Early Intervention

The Montgomery County Family Support Network will hold a virtual Family Learning Series session on September 24, 2026, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. focused on the transition process when a child in early intervention approaches age three. The session covers the Extended IFSP option and preparation for preschool services, and is open to current ITP families only.
