OLO Surveys Small Businesses on County Contracting Experience

The Montgomery County Office of Legislative Oversight is conducting an anonymous survey of small, minority-owned, women-owned, and disabled-owned businesses about their experiences with County Government contracting. The survey asks how businesses learn about contracting opportunities and their experiences submitting bids or proposals. Responses are due by February 20, 2026, and will inform a report to the Montgomery County Council.
