Presidents Day Trash, Recycling Collections Slide One Day

Recycling and Resource Management Division Feb 13, 2026
Montgomery County will suspend all county-provided recycling and trash collections on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents Day. Collections will slide one day later for the remainder of the week, with Friday routes picked up on Saturday, February 21. The Shady Grove Processing Facility and Transfer Station will also be closed on February 16.
