PS Committee Reviews Five FY27 Public Safety Budgets

The Public Safety Committee meets Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. to review the County Executive's recommended FY27 Operating Budgets for five agencies: Office of Animal Services ($11.3M), Sheriff's Office ($33.3M), State's Attorney's Office ($28.7M), Circuit Court ($21.7M), and Department of Correction and Rehabilitation ($99.4M). The committee is chaired by Councilmember Sidney Katz and also includes Councilmembers Dawn Luedtke and Kristin Mink.
