Public Hearings Set for FY27 Capital Budget and CIP

County Executive Marc Elrich transmitted his recommended FY27 Capital Budget and FY27-32 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) on January 15, 2026. The Montgomery County Council will hold public hearings on February 9 and February 10 at 1:30 PM and 6:30 PM at the Council Office Building. Residents may sign up to testify in person or virtually.
