Ride On Glenmont Express Shuttle Offers Free Peak-Hour Red Line Alternative

During the summer Red Line closure, Ride On will operate the free, ADA-accessible Glenmont Express Shuttle on weekdays from 6–9 a.m. and 3–7 p.m., serving Milestone Park-and-Ride Lot, Shady Grove Metro Station, and Glenmont Metro Station. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes with an average travel time of approximately 20 minutes between stops. The service provides a connection to the east arm of the Red Line, which will operate on a normal schedule throughout the closure period.
