Snow Emergency Parking Shifts to Even-Side-Only Rule

A snow emergency declared at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 remains in effect, restricting on-street parking to the even side of the street due to icy conditions preventing vehicles from moving to the opposite side. The emergency is expected to lift sometime Wednesday, Jan. 28. Covered County garages are available for free parking during the emergency.
