The State of Black Health Survey is now open for African American, African, and Caribbean residents of Montgomery County through August 31, 2026. The survey, available in English, French, Haitian Creole, Amharic, and Spanish, is intended to inform future health programs and services for Black communities in the county. It takes a few minutes to complete.
