TE Committee Reviews $217.8M Ride On Mass Transit FY27 Budget

The Transportation and Environment (TE) Committee will review the $217.8 million recommended FY27 Operating Budget for the MCDOT Mass Transit Fund on April 27, 2026, a $7 million (3%) increase over FY26. The budget includes more than $1.1 million in enhancements, among them expansion of Flex bus service to Poolesville and Damascus and all-day Burtonsville Flash bus service by 2027. The fund primarily supports Ride On bus services and the Community Mobility Services program.
