Veirs Mill Flash BRT Corridor Set to Open in 2028

Montgomery County's Flash Bus Rapid Transit network is expanding, with the second corridor along Veirs Mill Road scheduled to open in 2028. The first Flash BRT corridor on US 29/Colesville Road is already operational. New hydrogen fuel cell buses are planned for use on the Veirs Mill corridor, and the full planned Flash BRT network will ultimately include 100 stops across eight corridors.
