VITA Program Served 2,479 Households, $8.9M Tax Impact

Montgomery County's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program concluded its tax season having served 2,479 households with a free tax impact of $8.9 million. Eighty-nine volunteers contributed a total of 3,418 service hours. Post-season appointments will be available June 23 through October 28 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 AM–3 PM, at 1401 Rockville Pike.
