ZTA 26-03 Would Lower Biohealth Campus Eligibility Thresholds
MCCouncil-LIOMar 6, 2026
The PHP Committee will review ZTA 26-03 on March 9, 2026, which would reduce the minimum new construction threshold for a Biohealth Priority Campus from 150,000 to 100,000 square feet and the minimum addition threshold from 50,000 to 25,000 square feet. The amendment would also allow repurposing of existing office buildings, opening more projects to the expedited approval plan process. The lead sponsor is Councilmember Friedson.
