$1.6M Healthy Communities Fund Grant Opening Late July

The Asian American Health Initiative, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Office of Grants Management plan to launch the FY27 Healthy Communities Fund Grant Program in late July 2026. The program will make $1,600,000 available to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits to administer culturally and linguistically appropriate health and wellness programs, with a focus on Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. Eligible organizations must be qualified service providers.
