The GO Committee will also review OLO Report 2025-14, examining governance structures for Montgomery County's retirement and retiree health benefit trust funds on Jan. 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The report covers governance best practices and compares models for the County's two trust funds: one managed by the Board of Investment Trustees for the County government retirement system, and another managed by the Consolidated Retiree Health Benefits Trust Board covering County Government, MCPS, and Montgomery College retiree health benefits.
