The Montgomery County Economic Development (ECON) Committee met on December 2, 2024 to review two executive regulations: Executive Regulation #13-24 proposing adoption of updated 2021 International Building, Energy Conservation, Mechanical, Fuel-gas, Residential, and Existing Building Codes; and Executive Regulation #14-24 proposing adoption of updated Fire and Life Safety Codes.
