Elrich Hosts Data Center Policy Forum Feb. 3 in Rockville

County Executive Marc Elrich will host a community forum on data center legislation and policy from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, at the Leggett Executive Office Building (LEOB) auditorium in Rockville. Residents, community organizations, climate advocates, and stakeholders may attend in person or participate virtually. The forum will gather input on draft legislative and policy recommendations for data centers in Montgomery County, addressing concerns around energy use, water supply, land use, and climate goals.
