Historic Preservation Hearing on Former COMSAT Building Jan. 22

The Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2025 at 7PM at M-NCPPC's Wheaton headquarters to consider the historic preservation eligibility of the former COMSAT Laboratories building within the Clarksburg Gateway Sector Plan area. Two other sites in the sector plan area are also under consideration. Members of the public wishing to testify may sign up through the Montgomery Planning website.
