MCFRS Offers Free Home Safety Checks, File of Life for Seniors

Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service (MCFRS) offers free home safety checks, including smoke alarm inspections, to county residents. The department also promotes the 'File of Life' program, a downloadable emergency information document that residents fill out and place on their refrigerator for first responders to locate in an emergency.
