The Montgomery County Council will meet Tuesday, Feb. 3 beginning at 9 a.m. with proclamation presentations recognizing Transit Equity Day and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Day. At 11:30 a.m., the Council will hold a commemoration of Black History Month. The Transit Equity Day proclamation will be presented by the Transportation and Environment Committee; the sorority proclamation by Councilmembers Shebra Evans and Laurie-Anne Sayles.
