VITA Free Tax Assistance Program Kicks Off for 2026

Councilmember Stewart joined the Community Action Agency and Montgomery County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Partnership for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Awareness Day and VITA Kick-Off event last week. The event featured a resource fair highlighting free tax assistance programs available to income-eligible households. The VITA program provides free tax preparation services to qualifying residents.
