DPS Briefs Planning Board on Site Plan Enforcement Coordination

Staff from the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services recently briefed the Montgomery Planning Board on how DPS and Montgomery Planning coordinate enforcement of M-NCPPC-certified site plans under a Memorandum of Understanding. The presentation was led by Zoning and Code Compliance Division Chief Victor Salazar, Section Manager Greg Nichols, and Program Manager Brian Keeler. Additional topics included coordination with MCDOT and Montgomery Planning on right-of-way, stormwater management, and well and septic systems.
