Maryland OPC Publishes Fact Sheets on High Utility Bills, Data Centers

The Maryland Office of People's Counsel (OPC) has published fact sheets explaining recent increases in BGE and Pepco customer bills. OPC has also released a report on how data centers could affect utility costs, noting the office is engaged at state and federal levels to shield ratepayers from those expenses.
