Superintendent Proposes Boundary Changes for Woodward, Wootton High Schools

MCPS Superintendent Thomas Taylor presented boundary recommendations to the Montgomery County Board of Education on February 5, proposing a modified Option B for reopening Charles W. Woodward High School and a modified Option H for relocating Thomas S. Wootton High School to Crown Farm. The Board will continue gathering community input before a scheduled vote on March 26, 2026. Community members can submit testimony and participate in upcoming public hearings.
