MCDOT Snow Plowing Operations to Prioritize Primary, Emergency Roads

MCDOT will plow primary and emergency roads first to ensure emergency vehicle access within a quarter mile of residents during the Feb. 22–23 storm. Residential roads will be addressed once priority routes are clear, after which residents may submit plow service requests. MC311 will not accept snow-clearing service requests during the active plowing phase.
