Montgomery County Snow Portal Tracks Storm Response Updates

Montgomery County's Snow Portal will provide real-time updates on plow operations and Ride On bus service changes throughout the Feb. 22-23 storm. Residents can use the portal to request plow services, but only after initial plowing operations are complete. MC311 will not accept snow-clearing service requests during the active plowing phase; non-emergency concerns outside MC311 hours can be reported to police at 301-279-8000.
