The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will offer nine adult Learn to Ride bicycle classes and one Basic Skills class between April and June 2026, led by Washington Area Bicyclist Association instructors. Classes are open to residents 18 and over, capped at 25 participants, and cost $10 for county residents (free for WABA and Capital Bikeshare for All members). Registration for April classes opened March 3 at 9 a.m. on the WABA website; May registration opens April 2 and June registration opens May 1.
