Montgomery College FY27-32 CIP: $445M Exec Recommendation Reviewed

The EC Committee will review on March 9, 2026 the FY2027–2032 Capital Improvements Program for Montgomery College, which requested $499 million — a 21% increase over the prior CIP. The County Executive recommends $445.3 million, a 9.7% increase, reflecting reductions including cuts to IT funding, the Capital Asset Management System, and a deferral of the Germantown Student Affairs Building Renovation. The CIP covers 26 projects, including three new ones.
