Bill 13-25 Would Require Licenses for Public-Admission Parties

Bill 13-25, introduced during the Council's May 6, 2025, work session, would prohibit unlicensed parties for gain or profit to which the public is admitted, with certain exceptions. It establishes penalties for violations at residential properties open to the general public.
