Council Votes on ZTA 26-03 to Fast-Track Biohealth Campuses

The Montgomery County Council is expected to vote on ZTA 26-03 on March 17, 2026, a zoning text amendment expanding eligibility for an expedited regulatory review process for biohealth developments.
