Council President to Brief Press on $8B FY27 Budget

Council President Natali Fani-González will hold a public press briefing on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. to provide her initial assessment of the County Executive's recommended $8 billion Fiscal Year 2027 Operating Budget. She will also explain how the Council plans to approach its budget review, including Special Taxing Districts and Solid Waste Disposal requests. The briefing will be held in the Potomac River Conference Room on the sixth floor of the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave. in Rockville.
