Council Holds Hearings on ICE Detention, Vehicle Towing Bills

The Montgomery County Council held public hearings on two expedited bills: Expedited Bill 13-26 (the 'ICE Out Act,' which would restrict building permits for immigration detention facilities) and Expedited Bill 14-26 (the 'Vehicle Recovery Act,' addressing proof-of-ownership requirements for vehicle redemption after towing).
