PHP Committee Holds Second Worksession on Workforce Housing Corridor ZTA

The Council's Planning, Housing, and Parks (PHP) Committee will hold its second worksession on ZTA 25-02 on Monday, June 23, 2025. The amendment would permit more residential building types along designated corridors with a workforce housing requirement, as part of the broader More Housing NOW package. The committee will also take up ZTA 25-06, which revises standards for large gas stations established under the earlier ZTA 15-07.
