County Executive Releases FY2027 Budget with 2.5% Contract Adjustment

County Executive Elrich has released the Fiscal Year 2027 operating budget covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Contracts monitored by the Community Action Agency are proposed to receive a 2.5% inflationary adjustment. The County Council is expected to finalize the FY2027 budget in mid-May 2026.
