County to Disburse $1.36M in Small Business Support Grants

The Economic Development (ECON) committee met on July 14, 2025 and received a briefing on the County Executive's plan to disburse $1,357,429 from the Small Business Support Services (SBSS) Non-Departmental Account. Approximately $300,000 will go through a new competitive grant process and approximately $20,000 will sponsor networking events, with the remainder going to existing contractors.
