TE Committee to Vote on Clarksburg–Montgomery Village Transport Study

The Transportation and Environment (TE) Committee will meet jointly with the Government Operations (GO) Committee on October 16, 2025, to consider a special appropriation introduced by Councilmember Balcombe to fund a transportation study of the Clarksburg to Montgomery Village corridor. The committee will also take action on a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Gaithersburg and an amendment to the FY25–30 Capital Improvements Program. A separate TE meeting is scheduled for October 20 to discuss Bill 24-25, Transportation Demand Management – Repeal.
