The Montgomery County Council's Planning, Housing, and Parks (PHP) Committee held its first worksession on the University Boulevard Sector Plan on September 29, 2025. Additional worksessions are scheduled for October 20 and November 4, 2025. The sector plan process includes pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements along the University Boulevard corridor.
