Public Hearings Scheduled on Zoning, Retirement, Police Bills

The Montgomery County Council has scheduled public hearings at 1:30PM on three items: ZTA 25-13 (Omnibus Zoning Revisions), Expedited Bill 32-25 (HERO Act – Employees' Retirement System Survivor Benefits for Line-of-Duty Deaths), and Bill 33-25 (Police Community Policing Annual Report Deadline). Residents wishing to testify must sign up by 2PM the day prior; written, audio, and video testimony are also accepted.
