Montgomery College Launches Paid Degree Apprenticeship with AstraZeneca

Montgomery College is piloting a degree apprenticeship program in partnership with biotech company AstraZeneca at their Gaithersburg facility. The program allows students to earn income and hands-on experience while completing their degrees without accumulating debt. The initiative was highlighted by Councilmember Jawando as a workforce development model.
